Weekly Check-Ins

Weekly check-ins are completed in the app on your own time and are an essential part of your growth. They allow us to uncover patterns, work through barriers, and make intentional adjustments – supporting consistency, self-awareness, and long-term progress.

TRAINING PLANS

Customized workouts built around your schedule, available equipment, and training location – whether at home, in the gym, or both. Each plan is intentionally designed to match your fitness level while thoughtfully accommodating mobility limitations, movement restrictions, and current or past injuries, ensuring you can train safely, confidently, and consistently.

Meal Planning

Fully personalized meal plans with calories and macros already calculated for you. Nutrition is built around your food preferences, lifestyle, allergies, dislikes, and medical needs, with anti-inflammatory and hormone-supportive options also available.

Community

In addition to your coaches, you gain access to a private community of women on similar journeys. This space is built for support, shared experiences, and encouragement – providing connections that many don’t have access to in their daily lives.

Using the all-in-one Get Fit With Mer App, you can track your food, workouts, habits, steps, check-ins, and stay connected through community and coach communication – keeping everything aligned and organized in one place.

We have different price points depending on commitment and which program you chose, but think of it as the same cost of buying your favorite cup of coffee each day

Yes, you have the option to just do nutrition coaching, or just do fitness coaching. We always recommend to do full coaching but if there is only one area you struggle with then it may be a good option

YES! A large portion of our clients only workout from home and see amazing results. We can customize your plan to match what equipment you have available, and if you don’t have any then that is okay too.

Yes- we work with ALL levels, especially beginners. There is no prior knowledge or experience you need in order to work with us. We create a program that fits where you are currently at in your fitness journey.

We will never post your photos on Social Media without your approval.

We follow a macro and calorie based ( calorie deficit or calorie surplus dependent on goals) approach at GFWM. We will teach you how to track your macros but if for any reason you want to take an intuitive approach- we can turn calories/macros off so you don’t see them. 

Your meals will be in your specific macros, with any allergies and preferences excluded. We will also customize your meal plan to match what foods you enjoy most.

No supplements are required to join our program.
