From Lifelong Obesity to One of the Most Recognized Coaches in Women’s Wellness

My journey didn’t start with coaching. It started with a girl who felt completely stuck in her own body, desperately wanting change but having no idea where to begin. I ended up losing 120 pounds naturally, but honestly… the weight loss wasn’t even the biggest transformation.The real shift happened when I learned what actually makes the body change, respond, and feel good, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Before I ever became a coach, I was dealing with hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, chronic pain, depression, binge eating then later on being diagnosed with PCOS. But even outside of all that… I was exhausted, unmotivated, and felt disconnected from myself, like I wasn’t living in the body I knew I was meant to have.

Once I finally understood how my body worked and what it needed, everything changed. I rebuilt my health and watched my entire life transform from the inside out. That’s when I knew I had discovered something powerful enough to help women everywhere whether they’re struggling with weight, energy, confidence, knowledge, or just feeling stuck in the same cycle over and over again.

Today, I’m passionate about teaching women the truth behind real weight loss, metabolism, and overall health, the things most of us were never taught but desperately need. Yes, I help women lose weight and build confidence… but what I love most is helping them feel in control of their body, understand how it actually works, and create a lifestyle they never have to start over from again.
