1. WHO WE ARE GET FIT WITH MER LLC
is a company based in Texas, USA providing online coaching services, digital programs, and related wellness resources.
2. CANCELLATION & EARLY TERMINATION POLICY
How To Cancel Your Membership:
- You must notify your assigned coach directly in the app
- Cancellations sent via social media, email, text, app support, or other channels will not be accepted
Cancellation Terms:
- You must provide30 daysʼ written noticethrough the Lenus App chat
- Memberships cannot be canceled before completing the minimum commitment period
- Early termination results in a fee equal to 30% of your remaining balance

4. PAUSED MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Clients may pause their membership for $25 per month.
During a pause:
- You retain access to the Get Fit With Mer App
- You retain access to previously provided programs and resources
- Coaching and new plans will not be included
Additional pause terms:
- Pauses are limited to a maximum of 3 total months
- Once all pause months are used, this option is no longer available
If you pause your membership prior to completing your full commitment period, you are required to resume on the agreed restart date and complete at least one full active month. This resumed month counts toward your overall commitment. If you choose to cancel after resuming and still have remaining months in your term, early termination fees will apply.
This policy provides flexibility while honoring your original agreement.
5. PAYMENT ERRORS & DISPUTES
If you experience a billing issue:
- You must notify us immediately through official communication channels inside the app with your assistant coach
- Failure to report issues within 10 days of the transaction date constitutes acceptance of the charge
Unresolved disputes may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your membership
- Immediate collection efforts
- Additional fees, interest, or legal action
6. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE POLICY
All purchases through GET FIT WITH MER LLC are non-refundable, including:
- Subscription coaching services
- Digital products such as e-books, meal plans, and programs
- Any additional services or products
Additional terms:
- All purchases made through authorized platforms are final
- No refunds will be issued unless proper cancellation notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation guidelines.
- No refunds are issued for unused days

8. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
- Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Get Fit with Mer LLC through our website at www.getfitwithmer.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
- Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
- Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
