All coaching communication takes place directly inside the app with Meredith and your dedicated Assistant Coach. This ensures your support stays organized, personal, and easy to access at all times.

Weekly Check-Ins

Submit a structured weekly check-in directly inside the app available Monday through Friday, on your own time. No phone calls or scheduled video chats required.

Check-ins are completed with your dedicated Assistant Coach, giving you space to share wins, challenges, emotions, and questions in a way that feels easy and intentional. You’ll receive a personalized audio or video response reviewing your check-in, feedback, and next steps.

Meredith reviews check-ins over time to identify patterns and recurring cycles, providing higher-level mentorship and strategic insight that supports continued breakthroughs and long-term, sustainable progress.

Community Groups

You’re never doing this alone. Inside the app, you’ll have access to supportive community groups designed to connect you with other women walking a similar journey.

These spaces are here for encouragement, shared wins, honest conversations, and reminders that you’re not the only one navigating the ups and downs. Community is a powerful part of growth and having women who truly get it makes all the difference.

Throughout the year, you’ll also have options to join in on in-app challenges we complete together as a community. These challenges are designed to build consistency, motivation, and momentum and are always included at no additional cost for clients.

We have different price points depending on commitment and which program you chose, but think of it as the same cost of buying your favorite cup of coffee each day

Yes, you have the option to just do nutrition coaching, or just do fitness coaching. We always recommend to do full coaching but if there is only one area you struggle with then it may be a good option

YES! A large portion of our clients only workout from home and see amazing results. We can customize your plan to match what equipment you have available, and if you don’t have any then that is okay too.

Yes- we work with ALL levels, especially beginners. There is no prior knowledge or experience you need in order to work with us. We create a program that fits where you are currently at in your fitness journey.

We will never post your photos on Social Media without your approval.

We follow a macro and calorie based ( calorie deficit or calorie surplus dependent on goals) approach at GFWM. We will teach you how to track your macros but if for any reason you want to take an intuitive approach- we can turn calories/macros off so you don’t see them.

Your meals will be in your specific macros, with any allergies and preferences excluded. We will also customize your meal plan to match what foods you enjoy most.

No supplements are required to join our program.
