
If someone told me the day I started my weight loss journey that one day I would be the founder of one of the top programs for women's health and weight loss I would’ve laughed in your face.
My entire life, I tried.And every single time I tried, I failed.. miserably only to gain it all back... plus more.I was battling PCOS, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, and was on the verge of becoming pre-diabetic.
But the hardest part wasn’t just my medical chart. I was deeply struggling with binge eating. With depression.With an overwhelming, constant level of anxiety.
I felt trapped in a body I didn’t understand and a cycle I couldn’t break. So trust me when I say this If I could do this, you can too.
The only reason I reached my goal wasn’t because I found a magic plan or finally “tried hard enough.” It’s because, for the first time, I stopped chasing quick fixes and started a journey that went deeper into my overall health, my habits, my mindset, and my understanding of the female body.
I became obsessed not with weight loss but with knowledge. I studied my cycle. I learned how stress impacts the body. I understood metabolism, hormones, and why women are not meant to be coached like how they have been for SO LONG.
And everything changed. That obsession became education. That education became transformation. And that transformation became a mission. GFWM exists because I refused to believe women like me were broken.We were just never taught how our bodies actually work. That was the problem all along.
This isn’t just my story. It’s the foundation of everything I coach. And if you’re here reading this, you’re not behind, you’re not failing, and you’re not broken.
