Absolutely. Our program is intentionally designed to support women with a wide range of health conditions. From PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and hormone imbalances to injuries, allergies, chronic inflammation, gut issues, insulin resistance, anxiety, depression, adrenal fatigue, and metabolic challenges, we work with it all.

Every condition is approached with care, intention, and evidence-based structure. Your plan won’t just work around your health challenges,  it will work with your body to help improve, regulate, and restore what’s been off for years.

Absolutely! The GFWM program pairs exceptionally well with GLP-1 medications by focusing on the lifestyle foundations that are critical while taking them. We prioritize strength training, proper fueling, and sustainable habits to help preserve muscle mass, support bone health, and maintain overall metabolic function.

Coaching and nutrition are intentionally designed to ensure your GLP-1 is enhancing your health not replacing the lifestyle changes needed for long-term success. This approach helps protect your body, support energy and strength, and reduce the risk of unintended health issues that can occur when medication is used without the right tools in place.

Whether you’re currently on a GLP-1 or planning for the future, we support you in building habits that last well beyond the medication.

Our coaching approach focuses on gentle, sustainable habits that prioritize your health, your hormones, your recovery, and your baby’s well-being. We customize your plan based on where you are:

  • Pregnancy: We focus on safe movement, proper nourishment, blood sugar support, healthy weight gain, and reducing inflammation to help you feel strong and supported throughout your pregnancy.
    Breastfeeding: We ensure your plan protects your milk supply, increases nutrient density, and supports energy, recovery, and stable hormones.
    Postpartum: We prioritize healing, rebuilding your core/pelvic floor, regulating hormones, and easing back into movement in a way that respects your recovery timeline.
    IVF / Fertility Treatments: We design your plan to reduce stress on the body, support blood sugar balance, minimize inflammation, and align with your protocol so you feel supported, not overwhelmed during such an important chapter.

Every meal plan is fully customized to you – your preferences, dietary needs, restrictions, allergies, and the lifestyle you’re living right now. Our goal is to make being on a “diet” feel like you’re not on one at all.

In most cases, the foods you already love (and even the meals you cook for your family) can be adjusted to fit your goals without feeling restrictive. We focus on realistic meals, simple swaps, and foods that feel familiar so you can actually enjoy what you’re eating.

Your meal plan will be customized to match the structure you prefer, whether that’s three meals a day, two snacks, quick options for a busy schedule, or family-friendly dinners. Everything is designed to make eating easier, not harder, so you can stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed or deprived.

Each plan is delivered monthly and includes your exact calories and macros, so you don’t have to stress about tracking on your own. It also comes with clear instructions, ingredient lists, and a built-in shopping list to make grocery trips simple and stress-free.

Adjustments are always available the week you receive your plan, ensuring it stays flexible and enjoyable for you.

You’re actually the perfect fit, we expect people to have preferences. Your plan is built entirely around what you enjoy, not what you’re “supposed” to like.

We take the foods you already love, avoid the ones you don’t, and create simple, realistic meals that feel familiar. No forcing foods you hate, no complicated recipes, and no pressure to suddenly enjoy things that aren’t you.

Whether you’re super selective with textures, flavors, or ingredients, we design your plan so it still works and still feels easy to follow. Being picky won’t hold you back here… it just helps us customize your plan even better. 

And in the rare case you realize you’re not using the meal plan and prefer sticking to your own recipes, that’s completely okay. We can remove the meal-plan portion entirely and shift your nutrition support to what works best for you.

Instead, we’ll coach you through personalized nutritional guidance, set your correct calories and macros, and help you build meals you actually enjoy. You can send us your food logs anytime, and we’ll review them, offer adjustments, and guide you on what changes will support your goals the most.

The goal is never perfection, it’s finding a style of eating you can stay consistent with long-term.

Each training plan you receive is tailored to your activity level, location, equipment, and personal needs. The number of workout days and the time you can commit is entirely up to you, and your program will be designed around that to ensure every session is as effective as possible—even with very limited time.

Every exercise includes a video demo, a place to track your weights and progress, and full support from us coaches whenever you need help with form. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced lifter, your plan is built specifically for your level.

Hybrid plans are always available for those who need both home and gym workouts at no additional cost, this is especially common for mothers with unpredictable schedules. 

We also offer optional Pilates and yoga add-ons for anyone wanting more variety in their routine outside of lifting.

You will work with both Meredith and an assistant coach who is handpicked for you based on your questionnaire, coaching preferences, and accountability needs. Inside the app, you’ll have a private chat box where all communication happens. We send video, audio, and text messages so your online coaching experience feels personal, intentional, and genuinely connected.

As coaches, we support you in every area of your journey – your mindset, your habits, your health, and your healing.You’ll feel at home right away because we pride ourselves on building real, authentic relationships with our clients, not the generic “good job, keep it up” style of coaching.

We also focus heavily on education, not just giving you a plan. We want you to fully understand the why behind everything you’re doing so you walk away confident, empowered, and never feeling like you need another program again.

Check-ins are done directly inside the app, allowing you to submit them at a time that works best for your schedule. Each week, we cover everything from your wins and struggles to your sleep, water intake, workouts, nutrition, and overall progress. You’ll also have the option to submit progress photos, measurements, and scale weight—though these are always completely optional. We encourage taking breaks from the scale around your menstrual cycle, holidays, and travel since natural water retention can fluctuate and affect your mindset.

After you submit your check-in, your coach will send a personalized video or audio response reviewing everything in detail. They’ll give you guidance, encouragement, and specific feedback. Some weeks will be full of celebrating your progress, and on tougher weeks, your coach will pour deeper support into you to help keep your mindset strong and prevent any negative spiraling.

Absolutely! The community inside this program is one of the things that makes it so special. Every client has the option to join the group and share freely about their journey – your wins, struggles, questions, or even simple life updates. Many women have met in real life, become friends, and shown up for each other in ways their personal circles sometimes can’t. It’s a space to connect with women who truly get it and to have fun participating in all the challenges hosted within the program.

The program also includes additional features such as a food log, habit and step tracker, educational video lessons, downloadable e-book guides, shopping lists, and more.

For the same cost as one to two meals out per week, the GFWM program averages $55–$65 per week, depending on your commitment. This is an intentional choice to prioritize long-term change over short-term habits – redirecting what you already spend toward something that truly gives back to you. It’s time to truly start living and sometimes that begins with reframing what you choose to invest in.
