I’ve been in the health & fitness industry for over 10 years now, starting off as a Cardio-kickbox instructor and moving into strength training enthusiast 🙂 my entire journey has been up’s and downs, filled with high’s & low’s. and while it hasn’t been perfect..it helps in relating to your stories! I love motivating others and getting people started in their own journeys and I’m excited to learn yours!
Hi! I’m Kate! Growing up, sports have always been a part of my life so with that sparked the love for being active. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology/Minor in Health and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
I love helping people fall in love with healthy lifestyles and transforming their lives mentally and physically for the better.
After hitting my lowest point physically and mentally I turned to the gym and learned to fuel my body and did a complete 180. I became a NASM CPT so that I could help women learn that being strong is sexy, we can still eat good food to see results (a girl loves to eat lol), and to gain our confidence back by pushing to the limits in and out of the gym!

I coach from personal experience with the frustration of hormonal imbalances and shifting through the noise to learn how to get back to the basics! I am Certified Personal Trainer and have my Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences with 10+ years health coaching and 5+ training.

I have a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness Studies, a Master’s in Exercise Physiology, am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and have over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer. My goal is to assist you in discovering your true potential. I want to help you break down the barriers that you feel hold you back and realize that you are truly capable of anything you set your mind to.
Hey y’all! Coach Alana here 💕 My path to to becoming an ACTION-Certified Personal Trainer was a journey that was unique, but very special to my heart. I officially started my journey in this program and found my love for holistic wellness through the support of our very own Coach Mer! Being a client of this program helped me discover my passions and allowed me to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle where I could still allow myself to enjoy and celebrate life! In my personal life, I am a dog mom of 2 wild and young fur babies and I coach girls and boys high school volleyball. Cheers to getting this journey started (with our water bottles of course🤪)!

I’ve personally been through this incredible journey myself, experienced firsthand the challenges that come with it both physically & mentally and NOW I am here to help you do the same. After losing myself & my identity after becoming a mother I started this journey to regain control over my life once again..
After seeing how much of an impact this journey had on me & the way that it has completely changed my life, I KNEW in my heart I wanted to help other women (especially mothers) find themselves again.
Hi! I’m Alyssa! I am a certified personal trainer through ACSM and hold a BS and MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. My passion for health and fitness started at a young age and through my experience as a professional ice hockey player.
I have gone through my own struggles, especially with confidence in both sports and in everyday life. I know everyone is going through their own personal battle, and I want to help motivate and encourage healthy habits so you can become the best, most confident version of yourself.
